From Imagination to Innovation

We build the AI, engineering and training capability that organisations and classrooms are missing.

Cyber Forge Technologies is an engineering and AI practice based in Trinidad and Tobago. We automate the work that is eating your team's week, we train the people who have to use it, and we publish finished teaching resources that work the day you download them.

What we do

Three practices, one engineering standard.

We are engineers who teach, which means the automation we build gets documented and handed over properly, and the training we deliver is written by people who have actually shipped the thing they are teaching.

AI & workflow automation

Find the manual work that is costing your organisation days a month, and replace it with something reliable, documented and owned by your team.

Training & workshops

AI literacy, robotics and STEM sessions for schools, clubs and corporate teams — practical, hands-on, and pitched at the room in front of us.

Engineering & software

Simulations, internal tools, dashboards and prototypes built to a brief, from electrical and computer engineering fundamentals up.

For organisations

AI & workflow automation

Most organisations do not need a new platform. They need three or four specific tasks to stop consuming a person's week. We identify those tasks, build the workflow that handles them, and make sure your team can run it without us.

Process audit. We map how the work is actually done today, and rank what is worth automating by hours recovered — not by what is technically interesting.

Document & report automation. Recurring reports, briefing packs, certificates and lesson material generated to a consistent standard instead of assembled by hand.

AI content pipelines. Bulk generation at controlled quality, with review checkpoints built in so nothing reaches an audience unchecked.

Capture & task routing. Turning meetings, email and chat into structured, assignable tasks instead of notes nobody reads twice.

Internal dashboards. One place that answers the question a manager actually asks, calculated from live data rather than a monthly copy-paste.

Team enablement. Your staff trained on the workflow we built, with written documentation, so the capability stays after we leave.

How an engagement runs

Discovery

A short paid review of the process, ending in a written recommendation and a number: hours currently spent.

Pilot

One workflow, narrow scope, delivered fast. Agreed in advance on what success looks like.

Build

The production version — error handling, review gates, and the edge cases the pilot exposed.

Handover

Documentation and training for your team. You should be able to fire us and keep running.

For schools, clubs and teams

Training & workshops

Sessions are hands-on and built around doing the thing, not watching slides about it. Every format below can be delivered on site, and adapted to the group's starting level.

AI literacy for students

What these tools actually do, how to ask them for something useful, and how to check what comes back. Runs from our own classroom materials.

Half day · Grades 6–12

Teacher professional development

Practical AI use for planning, differentiation and assessment, plus the honest limits — what to never hand over to a model.

Half or full day

Robotics & Arduino build sessions

Students build, wire and debug a working device. Includes the troubleshooting system we publish, so the class keeps it afterwards.

Full day or multi-week

Practical AI for corporate teams

Written for non-technical staff: where AI helps in your actual job, where it does not, and how to use it without creating risk.

Half day

One-to-one and small-group tutoring

Arduino, C++ and Python, for students, career changers and engineers refreshing fundamentals.

Ongoing · Online or in person

Resources you can use the day you buy them.

Finished, instant downloads — no subscription, no account. Each one solves a problem we kept hitting ourselves: a lesson that needed preparing tonight, a board that would not upload, a project with no single place to track it.

Cyber Forge Classroom Drops — No. 1

Prompt Battle

A no-prep AI literacy game. Students get a lazy, broken AI prompt and race in teams to rewrite it into a precise one, then see how much the answer changes. The round cards double as the worksheet, so one print run covers the lesson — or project the deck and print nothing at all.

  • Facilitator run-of-show
  • Learning objectives
  • Rubric with marking anchors
  • 12 round cards
  • Answer key
  • Debrief & extensions

The Arduino Panic Pack

A 15-minute troubleshooting system for the moment the board will not upload, the sensor reads garbage, or the Serial Monitor is simply empty. Symptom index at the front, diagnostic flowchart, then the checklist that fixes it.

  • Diagnostic flowchart
  • Upload error decoder
  • Breadboard anatomy diagram
  • Uno pin reference
  • Sensor cards
  • Multimeter basics

Engineering Project Command Centre

One workbook to run a project end to end: what it has to do, what it costs, whether it works, when it is due and what could go wrong. The dashboard calculates itself, the timeline draws its own Gantt bars, and every test ties back to the requirement it proves.

  • Auto dashboard & charts
  • Requirements register
  • BOM & budget
  • Testing log with traceability
  • 12-week Gantt
  • Risk scoring

About

Engineers who teach, and teachers who ship.

Cyber Forge Technologies was founded to close a specific gap: the distance between people who can build a system and people who can explain it to the room that has to use it. Most technical work fails at that handover, not at the build.

The practice is grounded in electrical and computer engineering — real hardware, real constraints, real debugging — and in years of teaching the same material to students, clubs and adult learners. That combination is why our automation work comes with documentation your team can follow, and why our classroom resources survive contact with an actual classroom.

We work with schools, clubs, and organisations that need a process fixed rather than a platform sold to them. If what you need is outside what we do well, we will say so.

Before you buy

How purchases work.

Instant digital delivery

Every download is a digital file — PDF, PowerPoint or Excel. Nothing is shipped. Your link is issued immediately after payment and emailed to you, so you can re-download if you lose the file.

Secure checkout

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who act as merchant of record and handle card security and any applicable sales tax or VAT. Cyber Forge never sees or stores your card details.

What your licence covers

Use in your own classroom, club, workshop or team, with as many printed copies as your own students need. It does not cover reselling or redistributing the file, or uploading it to a public or paid platform.

Refunds

If a file will not open, is not what the description said, or you bought the wrong item, email us within 14 days and we will refund it. Digital goods downloaded and used as described are not generally refundable.

Support

Questions about a purchase, a download that will not work, or a licence for a larger group — email us and expect a reply within two business days.

Services & quotations

Workshops, training and automation work are quoted individually and invoiced directly, separately from the download catalogue. Scope and payment terms are agreed in writing before work starts.
